These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern all purchases of peptides and related chemical research materials (“Products”) from Regenerate Peptides (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order, you agree to be legally bound by this Agreement.
1. Authorized Use & Buyer Eligibility
All Products sold by Regenerate Peptides are intended strictly for laboratory research and in-vitro scientific study.
By purchasing, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and qualified to handle research chemicals.
Products are not intended for human or animal consumption, therapeutic use, cosmetic use, or drug formulation. Buyers are responsible for complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
2. Handling & Safety
Buyers are responsible for proper storage, safety procedures, and disposal of products. Regenerate Peptides assumes no liability for misuse, improper handling, negligence, or failure to follow appropriate safety protocols.
3. Shipping Policy
All orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours (business days).
Free U.S. shipping is available on orders over $200.
We currently ship within the United States only.
Regenerate Peptides is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or delivery issues once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier.
4. Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse service, limit quantities, or cancel orders at our discretion.
Payment must be received in full prior to shipment.
Accepted payment methods include major credit cards, Zelle, Venmo, and bank transfer.
5. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of research products, opened or used Products cannot be returned.
Refunds or replacements will be provided in the following circumstances:
-Products damaged during shipping (photo documentation required within 24 hours)
-Incorrect items shipped due to our error
-Verified quality issues or failure to meet stated specifications
-Orders marked delivered but not received
We cannot offer refunds or replacements for:
-Opened or used products
-Improperly stored products
-Orders canceled after shipment
-Change-of-mind purchases
-Claims submitted more than 3 days after delivery
If you experience an issue, please contact us with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable.
6. Complimentary Bacteriostatic Water
Eligible peptide purchases include complimentary bacteriostatic water unless removed from the cart prior to checkout. Certain exclusions may apply.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
All Products are sold “as is.” Regenerate Peptides makes no express or implied warranties, including but not limited to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Regenerate Peptides shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the purchase, handling, storage, or use of products.
