How Sermorelin Works

The body normally releases growth hormone through this pathway:

1. Hypothalamus releases GHRH

2. Pituitary gland releases growth hormone (GH)

3. Liver produces IGF-1

4. IGF-1 drives muscle growth, fat metabolism, and tissue repair

Sermorelin replaces step 1.

It binds to GHRH receptors in the pituitary, triggering natural GH pulses.
